Beans from Costa Rica was our first order. Because of the altitude and short winter season, the coffee made with these beans is thought to be among the best in the world. The region we get our beans from grow in 4k to 6k feet above surface level. The harsher growing conditions slows the maturation process of the coffee fruit and allows more time for the nutrients in the bean to develop.
